Job Title: L2 VIP Support Engineer (Immedate Joiners)

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location: Onsite (DUBAI)

🔹 Role Summary

We are hiring an experienced L2 VIP Support Engineer to provide premium IT support to C-level executives and VIP users. The role requires quick issue resolution, proactive support, and ensuring seamless IT and AV experience for high-priority stakeholders.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized IT support to executives (laptops, mobiles, tablets, AV)
  • Handle priority incidents (P1/P2) via direct channels (in-person/call/tickets)
  • Perform pre-meeting checks and ensure AV & device readiness
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and mobile device issues
  • Support Microsoft 365, Teams/Zoom, VPN, and collaboration tools
  • Coordinate with network/server/security teams for fast resolution
  • Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and RCA reports
  • Provide on-call/after-hours support for urgent VIP needs
  • Assist in onboarding, training, and device setup for executives
  • Manage spare devices and ensure zero downtime support

🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong experience in VIP/Executive IT Support (L2 level)
  • Expertise in Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Teams/Zoom
  • Experience with MDM (Mobile Device Management)
  • Familiarity with Citrix / Bloomberg / enterprise apps (preferred)
  • Knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Ivanti, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN)

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, MCSA, ITIL (preferred)
