Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Doha, Qatar, for an L1 SOC Analyst. The L1 SOC Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security events, investigating and responding to security incidents, maintaining security tools and technologies, and generating security reports. The role involves regular communication with IT teams to ensure security controls are in place and functioning correctly.
Qualifications
Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing security events
Experience in investigating and responding to security incidents
Knowledge of maintaining security tools and technologies
Skills in generating detailed security reports
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, or similar
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with IT teams
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
Experience in the cybersecurity industry is a plus
