Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable KYC Onboarding Analyst to join our. This is a largely remote position with occasional meetups when required by the business.
However candidates must be based in the United Arab Emirates.
In this role, you will be the first line responsible for ensuring that both individual and business clients are onboarded accurately, compliantly, and efficiently.
You will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our onboarding process, and your work will directly support our regulatory obligations and client experience.

What we’ re looking for
- Fluent English — both written and verbal communication must be to a professional standard; you will be communicating directly with clients and internal stakeholders
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in KYC onboarding.
- Experience onboarding both individual clients and business/corporate entities
- Strong working knowledge of KYC, AML, and CDD/EDD frameworks and best practices
- Exceptional organisational skills, you manage your time well, meet deadlines, and nothing falls through the cracks
- A high standard of reliability, we need someone the team can count on, day in, day out
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload in a fully remote environment
- A meticulous eye for detail and a methodical approach to documentation and process
- An Individual who can continue to perform well under pressure,
Location Requirement
This role is remote, however all candidates must be CURRENTLY based in the United Arab Emirates. Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered.
