We are looking for a KYC Associate to handle customer verification for our blockchain platform. This role will focus on reviewing and verifying user identities to ensure compliance with our KYC policies. The ideal candidate should have experience in digital identity verification and be comfortable working with blockchain-related platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Verification:
Review and verify customer identification documents.
Ensure all KYC requirements are met before account approvals.
Handle individual and business KYC applications.
KYC Process Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of verified users.
Assist in improving and automating KYC workflows.
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for customers.
Ongoing Verification & Support:
Conduct periodic re-verifications of users as required.
Support customers with KYC-related inquiries.
Report inconsistencies or suspicious identities for further review.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in KYC verification, preferably in blockchain or fintech.
Technical & Compliance Skills:
Familiarity with KYC tools (e.g., Jumio, Onfido).
Understanding of digital identity verification in blockchain platforms.
Soft Skills:
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with crypto exchanges or blockchain platforms.
Understanding of digital wallets and blockchain transactions.
