Job Description:
Xperience Realty is seeking a talented and experienced Cinematographer to join our creative team. As a Cinematographer at Xperience Realty, you will play a key role in showcasing our properties through stunning, high-quality video content. You will be responsible for capturing visually compelling footage that highlights the features of our properties and creates an engaging experience for potential buyers and investors.
You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to produce video content for our website, social media, virtual tours, and other promotional materials. If you have a passion for real estate, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of cinematography techniques, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the vision and goals for video projects, ensuring the final product aligns with Xperience Realty’s brand and marketing strategies.
Capture high-quality video footage of real estate properties, including interior, exterior, aerial, and virtual tour shots.
Design and execute camera movements, lighting setups, and compositions to create visually appealing content that highlights the unique features of each property.
Ensure smooth, seamless video footage with proper lighting, color grading, and framing to showcase the best aspects of the properties.
Manage the technical aspects of video production, including camera selection, lens choices, and proper operation of cameras, drones, and other filming equipment.
Work with the editing team to select the best shots and collaborate on the post-production process, ensuring the final product meets project objectives.
Maintain a high level of professionalism on set and collaborate effectively with agents, property owners, and other stakeholders involved in the video production process.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in real estate video production and cinematography techniques, integrating new technologies and ideas into projects when appropriate.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cinematographer or Director of Photography with a strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing work in real estate, commercials, or other visual media.
Extensive knowledge of camera equipment, lenses, lighting techniques, and post-production processes, with an understanding of how to create visually captivating real estate videos.
Proficient with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve), with a focus on color grading and visual storytelling.
Experience using drones for aerial shots is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to the unique challenges of filming real estate properties.
A creative mindset with the ability to translate vision into visually striking video content that engages the audience.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A degree or relevant qualification in cinematography, film production, or a related field is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with virtual tour technology (e.g., Matterport, 3D walkthroughs) and how it integrates into video production.
Experience with storytelling techniques and creating videos that appeal to target audiences.
Knowledge of social media platforms and video formats optimized for online use.
