Title: KSA Nationals Only – Sales Representative

Job Summary:
- Drive FMCG sales by managing existing accounts, opening new outlets, executing daily route plans, and supporting collections to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell FMCG products to assigned outlets (wholesale/distribution customers) and open new accounts to meet targets.
- Execute the daily/weekly route plan, take orders, and coordinate deliveries to ensure the right stock reaches customers on time.
- Ensure on-shelf availability and visibility (merchandising, displays) according to company standards and agreed planograms where applicable.
- Monitor stock rotation and product freshness (FIFO/FEFO) and follow up on near expiry/returns per company policy.
- Build strong customer relationships, handle queries/complaints, and provide contract-based customer service.
- Prepare sales/visit reports, record market intelligence (new launches, pricing, competitor activity), and escalate field issues to the supervisor.
- Support promotions and pre-sales campaigns; follow up collections and reduce outstanding debts within company policy.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma/degree preferred; relevant sales training is a plus.
- 3-5+ years in FMCG distribution Preferable – Non-food, wholesale/field sales, or route-to-market roles.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to cover an assigned territory/route (if required).
Skills & Competencies:
- Sales, negotiation, and relationship management in FMCG.
- Route planning, disciplined follow-up, and accurate reporting.
- Merchandising basics and stock rotation awareness (FIFO/FEFO); basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM).
