Job Description
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Extendable)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and implementation of PMO strategies to support and improve project management.
Support the setup of a Project Management Office (PMO), including the establishment of governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
Provide administrative support to the project management team to ensure goals and standards are met.
Assist in analyzing project performance and preparing accurate and comprehensive reports for senior management.
Ensure compliance with approved project management policies, procedures, and standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles.
Previous experience in the public sector is highly desirable.
Certification in Project Management (CAPM or equivalent) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assist in delivering detailed and accurate reports.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
