Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Technician located in Dubai. The Kitchen Technician will be responsible for maintaining the kitchen’s operational efficiency, ensuring equipment functionality, and troubleshooting any technical issues. Duties include regular maintenance and repair of kitchen appliances, monitoring hygiene and safety protocols, and collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow. The role also involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and providing support during high-demand periods in the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Maintaining Kitchen Equipment (Chillers, Refrigerators, Dishwashing Machine)
- Strong understanding of Hygiene standards and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Effective Communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and detail-oriented approach towards tasks
- Prior experience in a similar role or a commercial kitchen environment is an advantage
- Technical knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance is a plus
