What you will do:
Guest Assistance:
Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly, warm, and professional demeanor.
Assist with the transport of luggage to and from guest rooms, ensuring that all items are handled carefully and efficiently.
Offer assistance with unpacking or organizing luggage as requested by guests.
Room Escort and Information:
Escort guests to their rooms, explain room features, and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and facilities.
Answer guest questions regarding the hotel’s services, local attractions, and directions.
Transport Services:
Provide valet parking service or assist with arranging transportation (taxis, shuttles, etc.) as needed.
Open car doors for guests and provide an overall high level of guest service.
Guest Requests and Concerns:
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services such as extra towels, pillows, or amenities.
Assist guests with special requests, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Handle any guest complaints or issues with a calm demeanor and escalate to the appropriate department or manager as needed.
Luggage Storage and Delivery:
Assist with luggage storage and delivery for guests as needed, ensuring that items are kept secure and delivered on time.
Communication and Coordination:
Coordinate with the front desk and other hotel departments (such as housekeeping and concierge) to ensure that all guest needs are met.
Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Required Qualification:
Bachelor Degree in Hotel Management Or Equivalent Degree
Opera Software, Win cloud knowledge
Minimum 6 months to one year of experience
