Kitchen Staff Jobs in Dubai at Pinza restaurant / Bake My Day
We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Staff to join our growing kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about food, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation according to standard recipes and instructions
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Prepare ingredients (cutting, marinating, portioning, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety, HACCP, and sanitation standards
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with stock handling and basic inventory tasks
- Ensure timely preparation during service hours
- Work efficiently as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or F&B experience is preferred (freshers may apply, own visa preferred)
- Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and during busy hours
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Candidates currently in the UAE are preferred
