Position: Kitchen Operations Lead — Growth Opportunity
Oli Oli® Children’s Museum in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food production, safety, inventory control and kitchen standards are consistently met. You will manage ordering, stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), monitor food cost and wastage, maintain portion accuracy, train junior cooks, and coordinate with FOH to guarantee timely service.
This role requires 3–5 years in a professional kitchen, experience in high-volume operations, and a solid HACCP
