Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our growing team. Experience with commercial kitchen equipment or related technical fields. Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems. Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills
Key Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair a wide range of kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, grills, dishwashers, and cold rooms.
-Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues quickly and effectively.
-Replace faulty components like heating elements, thermocouples, compressors, and motors.
-Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
-Keep accurate service records and communicate clearly with clients.
-Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
– UAE driving license is a plus but not mandatory
Working Conditions:
– Standard working hours
– Monday to Saturday
– Day Off: Sunday
