Role Overview
This is not your typical assistant role! We need a dynamic individual who can seamlessly handle executive support, marketing initiatives, and client presentations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and email management.
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
Prepare and deliver engaging presentations for clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and compile reports to support business decisions.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Manage special projects and tasks as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a marketing-related role.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
A proactive and confident approach to problem-solving.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and marketing tools.
Excellent communication skills, (English & Arabic) both written and verbal.
A driven, ambitious mindset with a strong desire to grow within the company.
