QualityFood is Dubai’s premium online grocery (est. 2016), delivering across the UAE via our own web store, app, and all major delivery platforms. We’re launching a fresh prepared-food line — fruit platters, cold salads, sandwiches, cookies, and bake-off croissants — and need a reliable, fast, clean cook to run daily production.
*What you’ll do*
– Prepare fruit platters, salads, sandwiches, cookies, and bake-off pastries daily, following our standard recipes and portion specs exactly
– Cut, arrange, and pack fresh fruit to a premium presentation standard — knife skills matter here
– Follow daily prep quantities based on order volumes; keep wastage low and log it
– Keep the work area HACCP-compliant and Dubai Municipality inspection-ready
– Handle premium air-flown fruit and fresh produce with care
*What we’re looking for*
– 2+ years as commis chef, cook, or kitchen staff in a UAE restaurant, catering company, cloud kitchen, or hotel
– Excellent knife skills and fast, consistent, tidy work
– Basic baking ability (cookies, bake-off items from frozen)
– Valid food handler certificate (or ready to obtain immediately)
– Honest, punctual, comfortable working independently with daily production targets
– Available to start within 30 days
