We have a new kindergarten in the heart of Jeddah and are looking for a creative and capable leader to fill the position of Kindergarten Manager, overseeing the establishment phase and full supervision of operations, curriculum development, and continuous improvement of the kindergarten.
Main Responsibilities:
– Establishment: Build and develop operational and educational plans for the kindergarten
– Leadership: Select and train staff and distribute tasks.
– Organization: Oversee the preparation of the educational and recreational environment.
– Administration: Monitor administrative and financial matters.
Conditions and Requirements:
– Qualification: Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field.
– Experience: Previous experience in managing and establishing kindergartens or preschools.
