Position Overview
:
Weare seeking an experienced and passionate Kindergarten(KG) Teacher (ADEKApproved)
Native Speakers ( Preferably with UAE experience andcomplete/attested documents) for a reputableschool in Al Ain. The successful candidate will be responsible forplanning implementing and evaluating lesson plans while creating anengaging and nurturing environment for young learners. This rolerequires patience creativity and the ability to foster a positiveand supportive atmosphere in which children can thrive bothacademically andpersonally.
Eligibility Criteria :(Bachelorsdegree in
Education
Specialization) OR ( Teaching Diploma ADEKBachelorsdegree)
ILETSband score of 6 whereas for KG and English Teachers the requiredscore is7
Minimumof 2 years Experience in UAE (American Curriculum)
Key Responsibilities:
Planand deliver engaging lessons for children aged 36 years coveringsubjects such as literacy numeracy social studies and creativearts.
Foster a safe supportive andstimulating classroomenvironment.
Assess and monitorchildrens progress and development providing feedback to parentsand management.
Develop andimplement activities that encourage creativity critical thinkingand social skills.
Establish clearlearning objectives and maintain
effective communication
withparents regarding student progress andbehaviour.
Collaborate with otherteachers and staff to ensure a wellrounded educationalexperience.
Follow the school spolicies and procedures to ensure that the classroom operatessmoothly andeffectively.
Key Requirements:
Native Speaker of English(preferred).Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood

or a related field(required).A teaching qualificationsuch as a PGCE or equivalent certification(required).Minimum of 2years of experience in teaching kindergarten preferablyin the UAE.Complete andattested documents (degree certifications and teachingcredentials) as per UAErequirements.
Strong understandingof early childhood development and teachingtechniques.
