Job Responsibilities:

Plan and execute events and activations from concept to completion.

Manage budgets and pricing for events ensuring cost-effectiveness.

Oversee ground management during events ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet event objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in event coordination and logistics management.

Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and vendors.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Knowledge of the GCC region, especially the Qatari market, is a plus.

Strong communication skills.
