Job Description
Job Summary:
The Rixy Kids Club Animator is responsible for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children. The animator plans and leads age-appropriate activities while ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of all young guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome children and families in a friendly and professional manner.
- Organize and lead daily activities, games, arts & crafts, sports, mini disco, and themed events.
- Ensure the safety and security of children at all times.
- Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area.
- Encourage children’s participation and create a positive atmosphere.
- Follow hotel policies, health & safety procedures, and child protection guidelines.
- Assist in organizing special events, birthday celebrations, and seasonal programs.
- Report any incidents or guest concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Manager.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- English language skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
- First Aid certification is a plus.
