Job Description
Design and implement fun, age-appropriate activities for children aged AGE
Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all times
Organize and lead group games, arts and crafts sessions, and outdoor activities
Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for children from diverse backgrounds
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized Kids Club area
Communicate effectively with parents and other staff members
Participate in special events and themed activities throughout the year
Adapt activities to accommodate children with different needs or abilities
Monitor and report any safety concerns or incidents promptly
Contribute ideas for new and innovative children’s programs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in childcare or related field preferred
Previous experience working with children in a recreational setting
Strong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Creativity in designing and implementing engaging activities for children
Ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds
Basic first aid knowledge and understanding of safety protocols
Experience in organizing and leading group activities
Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children
Additional Information
