Kids Club Animator Jobs in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE at AccorHotel

Liaise with Rixy Club Supervisor/Manager to create a safe environment for all children attending the kids club/crèche.  Plan, organize, and lead a variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, sports, storytelling, and educational programs tailored to different age groups.  Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children participating in the Rixy Club activities. Monitor children’s behavior and ensure they follow rules and guidelines.

Create a welcoming and fun atmosphere. Engage children with enthusiasm, encouraging participation and fostering a positive experience.  Maintain open

communication

with parents or guardians regarding their children’s activities and behavior. Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.  Ensure the Rixy Club area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate department.

Be prepared to administer basic first aid and respond to emergencies if necessary. Ensure all incidents are properly documented and reported.  Work closely with other team members and departments to coordinate activities, manage schedules, and ensure seamless operations.  Collect feedback from children and parents to continually improve the quality of the Rixy Club experience.  Ensure all parents fill in the registration form for their children correctly, containing the history of the child.

Create an inventory for all toys/equipment at the club/crèche.  Inform Rixy Club Supervisor/Manager of any need for additional toys or replacement of toys.  Ensure to follow daily, weekly, and monthly activity schedules as instructed by the Kids Club Supervisor/Manager.  Be fully aware of the club’s facilities, timings, promotions, and prices.

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with kids in a recreational, educational, or entertainment setting is highly preferred.
