Title: KG Teachers/Tutor- Abu Dhabi

Education Consultant Responsibilities:

Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.

Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework and assignments, ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.

Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.

Assessment Reports: Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance, areas for improvement, and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.

Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.

Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.

Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.

Engagement: Conducting engaging and interactive tutoring sessions, both in-person and online. Maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Primary Education, or a related field

Additional certifications in child development or specialized training in KG education can be an advantage.

Previous experience in a similar teaching role, preferably within early childhood education or kindergarten, is often required.

Experience with lesson planning, child assessment, and creating a nurturing classroom environment is beneficial. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with young children, their parents, and other staff members.

Ability to create a structured, positive, and supportive environment for young learners.

Ability to develop engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Understanding the emotional and developmental needs of young children.

Passion for Working with Children: A genuine interest in nurturing and educating young learners.
