We are seeking an inspiring and strategic female leader to join our school as a KG Academic Director, responsible for shaping our academic vision and driving excellence across all kindergarten programs.
This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-performing learning environment where students thrive, teachers are empowered, and high-quality standards guide every decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum development and ensure high instructional quality
- Oversee assessment practices and continuous academic improvement
- Support and mentor teachers to enhance professional growth
- Promote innovative and effective teaching practices across classrooms
- Drive student achievement and overall academic excellence
- Foster strong communication with parents, students, faculty, and leadership
- Build a collaborative and forward-thinking academic culture
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in English, Early Childhood Education, or a related field (or advanced teaching qualification)
- Proven teaching experience in Kindergarten
- Demonstrated leadership experience in KG or early elementary education (KG preferred)
- Experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA) is an advantage
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for curriculum development and student success
