Key Sales Manager – UAE Luxury Gifting Industry Experience Required Jobs in Dubai at 3S group
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 + performance-based commission
We are looking for a highly proactive Business Development / Key Sales professional to drive B2B sales within the UAE luxury market.
What we are looking for:
- Strong experience selling into luxury hotels and corporate clients in the UAE.
- Existing relationships with luxury hotels, real estate developers and corporate decision-makers.
- Experience selling luxury, premium or design-led products for:
- Corporate gifting
- Client and handover gifting
- Hotels and hospitality
- Weddings and special occasions
- Ideally coming from an adjacent luxury category, such as:
- Luxury gifting or gifting studios
- Premium homeware or tableware
- Home fragrance
- Premium chocolates
- High-end stationery
- Luxury décor or handcrafted products
- Proven ability to independently prospect, open doors, conduct client meetings, build relationships, negotiate and close business.
- Someone who understands occasion-driven and story-led selling and can sell the meaning and value behind a luxury product—not simply its specifications.
- Strong UAE market knowledge and a proactive, client-facing personality.
What we are NOT looking for:
❌ Travel / DMC sales backgrounds
❌ FMCG backgrounds
❌ Beauty or skincare sales
❌ General luxury retail or store-based sales
❌ Candidates whose experience is primarily inbound sales or account management
❌ Profiles without relevant experience selling to luxury hotels and/or corporate clients
Please note: We are specifically looking for candidates with relevant UAE B2B luxury sales experience and existing relationships within the target market. Candidates from unrelated sales industries will not be considered.
Pay: AED10,000.00 – AED12,000.00 per month
