Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- PMP or PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum 13 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering, metering operations, key account management, or utility project management.
- Strong technical, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing bulk customers and complex utility projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership capabilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
- Written and spoken English essential;
Arabic preferred.
