About Comfi
Comfi is a fast-growing B2B payment platform enabling suppliers across MENA to offer flexible payment terms to their SME clients while getting paid upfront. We work with businesses in automotive, electronics, F&B, and healthcare, helping them scale by optimizing cash flow.
With $22M in venture debt secured and rapid 45% MoM growth, we are now looking for a high-performing Account Manager to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of 150+ accounts, ensuring strong relationships and continuous growth.
Achieve monthly revenue targets from managed accounts.
Handle inquiries related to accounts, ensuring timely resolutions & high customer satisfaction.
Identify upselling & cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize onboarding, retention & support.
Document SOPs, best practices & policies to standardize operations & improve efficiency.
Monitor account health, payment cycles & financial performance.
Report key metrics & account performance to leadership.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in fintech, payments, or financial services (preferably in a startup environment).
Proven ability to manage high-value B2B accounts & meet revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, relationship management & communication skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Hub Spot preferred) & financial reporting.
Ability to document processes & create SOPs for account management operations.
Comfortable working under pressure & in a high-growth environment.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
