What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the dedicated Relationship Manager for a portfolio of B2B business customers
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers
- Take 100% ownership of the entire customer lifecycle — from onboarding to retention
- Track KYC, documentation, and compliance requirements diligently
- Manage sales pipelines and monitor performance against targets
- Conduct daily field visits and sales calls across your assigned territory
- Craft tailored sales strategies for SMB accounts to grow revenue and market share
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your account base
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of proven success in B2B Sales & Key Account Management
- Hands-on sales experience in IT / Telecom / Cloud / SaaS / M2M / Microsoft / AI solutions
- Excellent relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong ownership mindset and self-driven attitude
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)
- Willingness to work anywhere in the UAE
