Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end web development and digital marketing, including SEO, and CRM integration. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about driving online visibility and engagement through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
A- Web Development:
Design, develop, and manage company websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
Optimize website performance for speed, responsiveness, and SEO.
Improve UI/UX to enhance user experience.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Work with backend developers to integrate APIs where necessary.
B- CRM & Automation:
Integrate and customize Zoho CRM & HubSpot for lead tracking and sales automation.
Utilize CRM insights to optimize customer engagement strategies.
C- Digital Marketing & Advertising:
Implement SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO) to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, and Brevo.
Analyze website traffic, ad performance, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM insights.
Develop marketing posters and promotional materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, ReactJS.
Email Marketing: Zoho Campaigns, Mailchimp, Brevo.
CRM & Automation: Zoho CRM, HubSpot.
Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Search Console, Semrush, HubSpot Analytics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
