Position Description + Responsibilities

Endress+Hauser is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The position entails overseeing sales results and development for nominated key account(s). You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Role in brief

Manage and plan activities according to company sales strategies and opportunity management to drive sales growth.

Maximize sales of Endress+Hauser products and services in your territory or industry segment.

Provide superior customer service both commercially and technically, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.

Specific Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers in the assigned region.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding operational challenges and identifying opportunities for our solutions.

Sales Execution:

Promote and sell Endress+Hauser’s portfolio.

Achieve or exceed sales targets.

Technical Expertise:

Provide in-depth knowledge of products, services, and solutions.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose solutions.

Market Development:

Identify new opportunities for growth.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

Participate in events, workshops, and training sessions.

Account Management:

Manage proposals, quotes, and negotiations.

Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and issue resolution.

Work with Product Managers to develop opportunities.

Qualification + Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience and market knowledge.

Skilled in negotiation and customer advocacy.

Strong technical and commercial knowledge with consultative sales skills.

Effective communicator across cultures and organizational levels.

Proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented.

Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills.

Proficient in MS Office; experience with  is an advantage.

Preferred

Experience in industrial automation or process industries; understanding of industry stakeholders.
