e are looking for a B2B Supplier Acquisition & Contracting Specialist to join our team at Le Concierge. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with service providers across various categories to enhance the offerings available to our app users.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and onboard high-quality service providers from different industries to join the Le Concierge platform.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive offerings for our users.
Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers to ensure long-term collaboration.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
Ensure all service providers meet our quality standards and compliance requirements.
Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to promote newly onboarded service providers.
Monitor supplier performance and address any issues to maintain service excellence.
Report on supplier acquisition progress and key performance metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales, supplier acquisition, or business development.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers across various industries.
Experience in contract management and service agreement negotiation.
Knowledge of the UAE market and business environment.
Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
