We’re Hiring | Key Account Engineer (Saudi Nationals)
We are looking for motivated and ambitious Saudi Engineering Graduates to join a leading company as Key Account Engineers.
As a Key Account Engineer, you will be responsible for promoting engineering products and solutions, identifying customer needs, recommending suitable technical solutions, and building strong relationships with clients. The role is customer-facing, so you should be comfortable communicating with clients, conducting meetings, and travelling across Saudi Arabia whenever required.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
* Conduct customer visits across Saudi Arabia.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
* Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
* Support both pre-sales and post-sales activities.
* Maintain customer records using CRM systems such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
* Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-oriented mindset.
* Basic to intermediate English.
* Good computer skills.
* Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
* Interest in technical sales and account management.
Work Environment
* Based in Jeddah.
* Five working days per week.
* Customer-facing role with frequent field visits.
* Flexible work arrangement with work-from-home option when not on client visits, subject to business needs.
* Full training will be provided.
