Job Responsibilities.

1.Responsible for developing and optimising supply strategy/sales strategy/product strategy, analysing market data and business trends, and driving operational efficiency;

2.Participate in new business exploration and 0 to 1 business development, provide strategic advice;

3.Coordinate resources and support departments to drive business execution and ensure strategy implementation;

4.Participate in the daily operation and management of the sales team to optimise processes and improve efficiency.

Job Requirements.

1.Bachelor’s degree preferred, basic English (CET-4 or CET-6), potential to reach effective communication level within 3-6 months;

2.Deep understanding of takeaway business and experience in developing new business from 0 to 1;

3.Experience in sales strategy operation, excellent strategy planning and operation ability, clear logic, framework thinking, able to solve complex problems;

4.Result oriented, with strong self-drive, learning ability, strong tenacity, able to learn from different areas of experience and quickly apply, able to adapt to market uncertainty, the courage to innovate and breakthrough.

1.负责制定和优化供给策略/销售策略/产品策略,分析市场数据和业务趋势,推动运营效率提升;

2.参与新业务的探索和0到1的业务发展,提供策略性建议;

3.协调资源,支持各部门推动业务执行,确保战略的落地;

4.参与销售团队的日常运营管理,优化流程、提升工作效率。

岗位要求:

1.本科学历优先,英文基础(CET-4或CET-6),具备在3-6个月内达到有效沟通水平的潜力;

2.对外卖业务有深刻理解,具备从0到1开拓新业务的经历;

3.具备销售策略运营经验,优秀的策略规划和运营能力,逻辑清晰,具备框架化思维,能够解决复杂问题;

4.结果导向,具备较强的自驱力、学习能力,韧性强,能够从不同领域汲取经验并迅速应用,能够适应市场不确定性,勇于创新和突破。
