About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural BIM Modeler with experience in Revit and a background in UAE-based projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with the structural engineering team to develop and manage accurate 3D models and detailed drawings for a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage detailed structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation for structural components.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Update and revise models and drawings in response to design changes or client feedback.
Adhere to project deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Follow company BIM standards and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Support clash detection and coordination processes.
Organize and manage model files, ensuring version control and proper documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler in the UAE, specifically in structural design.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (structural module).
Familiarity with other BIM tools (e.g., Navisworks, AutoCAD) is a plus.
Experience working on projects in the UAE, with an understanding of local building codes and standards.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Good communication skills in English.
