Junior Social Media & Executive Assistant (Long-Term Track)
Mirdif, Dubai (Home Office) | 💰 AED 2,000/month
Mon–Fri + Sat half-day (shoot days only)
Long-Term Role — Minimum 12-month commitment required

- Experience — Under 3 years is fine, provided you have hands-on experience managing business social media pages — not just personal accounts.
- Personal Social Media Presence — You must have active personal profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. TikTok, X (Twitter), and Threads are a strong bonus. If you're not on these platforms yourself, this role is not the right fit.

What you'll learn
You won't just be scheduling basic posts. Working directly with the Vice President of an insurance brokerage — with a strong personal brand and active following across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X — you'll get rare hands-on mentorship in pro-level AI tools most people haven't caught up to yet:
- AI Image & Video Generation — Higgsfield, Kling AI, Dreamina,
- Short-Form Video Editing — CapCut Pro (intermediate to expert level required)
- AI Content & Copywriting Tools — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SuperGrok, Canva AI, Envato (Pro versions)
You'll build a cutting-edge creative portfolio under direct executive mentorship — the kind that actually opens doors.
The role & tech stack
Working directly with the VP, you will:
- Handle executive admin and digital correspondence
- Manage the his official social media presence end-to-end
- Execute short-form video content from brief to final edit
- Perform basic text and image updates to the website
- Manage the Google Business Profile backend
