Junior Service Engineer Jobs in Doha at The Tint Xperts
We are looking for a Junior Service Engineer to become part of our team in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow and seamless business operations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, equipment specifications and user manuals.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, sales and service departments to facilitate operational efficiency.
- Maintain and update technical databases, equipment records, asset registers and maintenance documentation with a high level of accuracy.
- Support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with external suppliers and OEMs to secure parts, services and technical support.
- Prepare, review and process operational documents, including invoices, delivery notes, purchase records and shipping documentation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, health & safety regulations and statutory compliance requirements.
- Monitor equipment, machinery, inventory and asset records to maintain accurate operational data.
- Identify operational challenges and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve performance.
- Provide administrative and coordination support for meetings, project activities, operational reporting and follow-up actions.
- Monitor preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, equipment servicing and maintenance history to maximize asset reliability.
- Compile, analyze and present periodic operational reports, performance metrics, and status updates for management review.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering is mandatory.
– Previous experience in operations, planning, or coordination within the Heavy Equipment, Machinery, Construction or a related engineering industry is preferred.
– Minimum 1- 2 years of experience in operations, logistics or office-based engineering.
– Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.
– Candidates must be currently residing in Qatar and possess a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC), which is mandatory for joining.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
