Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. You will assist in the full recruitment cycle and play a key role in building a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for finding suitable candidates using sourcing platforms or headhunting if needed.
Post job ads on job sites and social media.
Screen resumes and select suitable candidates for the role.
Conduct phone screenings to select shortlisted candidates.
Sharing a batch of shortlisted candidates’ CVs with the hiring manager for review.
Interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role.
Onboard new hires.
Prepare and update recruitment reports to track progress and outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR.
HR Diploma or certification is a strong plus.
Familiar with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Able to work effectively as part of a team to achieve a common goal.
