The Role
As Junior Receptionist, you are the face of the restaurant. You welcome guests, seat them, and set the tone for their whole visit with a warm and genuine hello.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and seat guests warmly
- Handle bookings and enquiries professionally
- Look after regulars and special occasions
- Support the flow of the restaurant during service
- Keep guest information accurate and confidential
- Work closely with the floor and reservations teams
What You Need
- Guest service experience in hospitality
- A warm, natural way with people
- Organised and calm under pressure
- Comfortable with booking systems
- Fluent English. Other languages are a plus
