Junior Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at Al Rams Group
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Measure quantities and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Support project cost monitoring and cost control activities.
- Evaluate contractor quotations and variations.
- Assist in preparing progress valuations and payment certificates.
- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and cost estimation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quantity surveying software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
