We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the Forex and Equity sector and possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets while building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective clients via phone calls, email, and other channels to generate leads and close sales.
Provide information about our Forex and Equity trading services to clients in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that fit their trading requirements.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated on market trends and new products in the Forex and Equity markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Forex and Equity markets.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in tele sales or telesales within the financial sector.
Excellent listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently.
Knowledge of financial products, Forex, and Equity trading.
