We are looking for a Junior Procurement Associate in Lebanon to support sourcing activities, supplier management, and real estate procurement. Tasks
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing and acquiring goods, services, and real estate.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts.
Keep track of procurement activities, manage databases, and generate reports.
Assist in the preparation and organization of procurement and real estate contracts.
Work with internal teams to align procurement with business goals.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum one year in procurement, with real estate exposure being a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English (French or Arabic is a plus).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with procurement software or ERP systems.
Familiarity with Lebanese real estate practices is advantageous.
Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator in a fast-paced, international setting.
