A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an accredited university or college.
. Dubai Municipality Approval G+1
· Must be in UAE With Driving License ( Have Car Preferable )
· 3-4 years of experience as a site engineer, civil engineer in Dubai.
· Demonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.
· Expert Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other software.& Dubai Municipality System .
· Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
.Good Experience in Structure works and Finishing Works
· Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.
.Very Good Experience in Estimating Quantities and make Quotations & pricing as a Market price
· Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.
· Excellent project management and organizational skills with strong character .
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with effective communication.
· Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
