Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Paintball Activity Assistant to support the smooth and safe operation of recreational activities. The role involves assisting senior team members, providing participants with activity guidance, and helping maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the coordination of scheduled paintball activities and participant groups.
- Explain activity guidelines and safety procedures clearly to participants.
- Support senior team members during activity sessions.
- Help prepare and organize activity areas and related equipment.
- Monitor activities and provide assistance to participants when required.
- Ensure activity areas are kept clean, organized, and ready for use.
- Report any operational, safety, or equipment concerns to the supervisor.
- Provide a friendly and professional experience to all participants.
- Follow company procedures and established safety standards.
