Salary: AED 4,000 – 9,000/month | On-site

We are a multidisciplinary consulting firm specializing in tax, wealth, and compliance advisory, looking for a Junior Legal Advisor to join our Dubai team.
About the Role
Ideal for a recent law graduate, this is a non-litigation, advisory role supporting senior advisors on corporate, contractual, and cross-border matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts (NDAs, service agreements, etc.)
- Legal research and due diligence
- Review corporate documents and ensure compliance
- Support document management and internal templates
- Monitor UAE regulatory updates and prepare briefings
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law
- Fluent Italian and English
- Strong interest in business law & corporate transactions
- Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused
- VAT number (or willingness to work under this structure)
No UAE bar required | No litigation work
