Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Insurance Administrator to support the daily insurance operations within our automotive aftersales department. The ideal candidate will assist with insurance claim documentation, coordinate with insurance companies, and ensure accurate record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing motor insurance claims from initiation to completion.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain insurance-related documents.
- Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, and internal departments.
- Follow up on claim approvals, pending documents, and claim settlements.
- Update claim status in the system and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all insurance files are complete and compliant with company procedures.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance claim status.
- Support the team with administrative tasks and report preparation.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and insurance information.
- Take clear photographs of damaged vehicles, replaced parts, and repaired vehicles for insurance documentation.
- Capture and maintain photographic evidence of all spare parts replaced under insurance claims.
- Upload and organize photographs in the company system and insurance portals.
- Label and document replaced and scrap parts accurately.
- Monitor and control scrap parts removed from vehicles during repairs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in automotive insurance or claims.
- Basic knowledge of motor insurance claim procedures is an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Pay: QAR3,500.00 – QAR4,000.00 per month
