Responsibilities
Data Analysis: Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support decision-making processes.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate financial performance.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the preparation of budgets and forecasts by analyzing historical data and current trends.
Variance Analysis: Assist in identifying and explaining variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as required. Identify and implement process improvements within the FP&A function.
Market Research: Support the team with ad-hoc research on market trends, competitor performance, and industry benchmarks.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment on financial metrics.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
1- 2 years of experience in FP&A or accounting will be considered a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent Excel skills (including financial modeling).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Experience with financial reporting systems is a plus.
Familiarity with IFRS is a plus.
Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)
