Title: Junior Financial Analyst
Function: Finance
Reporting to: Group Finance Director
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the group's consolidated cash flow forecast, working closely with subsidiary teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Perform monthly financial consolidation across multiple legal entities and flag variances for management review
- Conduct ongoing sales and cost analysis to support commercial and operational decisions
- Produce ad hoc financial reports and analytical outputs as requested by the Finance Director
- Monitor the financial performance of subsidiaries and support them in meeting group reporting requirements
- Develop automated reporting solutions and dashboards in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI to reduce manual effort across the finance function
- Support the continuous improvement of financial processes, controls, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a financial analysis, reporting, or similar role
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, proficiency in VBA and Power Query is appreciated
- Working knowledge of SQL and Power BI is a strong advantage
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is strongly preferred, familiarity with any ERP system will be considered
- Technically oriented, and can work independently with data, building models, identifying patterns, and translating outputs into clear recommendations
- Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to manage multiple deliverables under deadline
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
