Junior Executive, Technical Support/Kpjhq Jobs in Dubai, UAE at KPJ Selangor Specialist Hospital
Position: JUNIOR EXECUTIVE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT (KPJHQ)
Install, configure, and troubleshoot end-user devices and peripheral components including computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, projectors, and video conferencing systems
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, etc.)
Coordinate, follow-up, and settle with suppliers/vendors on issues arising from hardware, software, repair, maintenance contract, and warranty claims to ensure all IT equipment is well maintained
Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment
Manage and coordinate the IT requirement for online, offline, and hybrid meetings, events, and conferences
Manage and coordinate any requirement for end-user devices
Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and patches to ensure optimal performance and security
Maintain and manage M365 including email and Office 365
Proactively monitor and manage the server, network, and internet access
Maintain and manage the server room facilities and infrastructure
Involved in creating and maintaining technical documentation, policy and procedure
Maintain and update the IT asset inventory and contract
Maintain and update the End-user baseline documentation
Maintain and update policy, process, and procedure documentation.
Support the KPJ Group of Hospitals and Companies when needed
Assist GTS Infra Systems and Network Engineer when required
Participate in 24×7 on-call support based on a team rotation schedule
