We are looking for Junior Estimator with below requirements:
Work Location: Dubai- UAE
Requirement: Immediately
Expected Qualification & Experience:
Assist in estimating the costs and materials for projects.
Prepare and review detailed cost breakdowns for the items required to complete the project.
To liaise with production/Sale department & obtain clear specifications for making detailed BOQ as per set of drawings.
To prepare estimates of material required as per approved drawings for purposes such as planning, organizing and determining cost of material.
Gathering quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in cost estimation and documentation.
Collaborate with senior project managers to ensure accurate quotes and specifications.
Help gather and analyze project data, including labor, material, and overhead costs.
Review project specifications and ensure compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.
Good interpersonal skills to work with the team and clients.
Acts as a resource for project management by providing cost information and developing cost estimates for changes in the work, during different construction phases.
Other Estimating duties as required.
Experience: 2-3 years in junior estimator in construction/Fit-out field.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Expertise in MS Excel or related software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
