Junior Engineer Jobs in Doha at The Tint Xperts
We are looking for a Junior Engineer to become part of our team in Doha, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow execution across departments.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, sales and service teams to maintain efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate operational records, databases and documentation.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and verify operational reports, invoices, delivery notes and shipping documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor equipment, machinery and inventory records to ensure data accuracy.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers and service providers to support operational requirements.
- Identify operational issues and assist in implementing timely corrective actions.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, reports and operational follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing technical documentation, specifications and operational manuals.
- Track maintenance schedules, inspections and service records to ensure equipment reliability.
- Generate periodic reports and provide operational updates to management.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is mandatory.
– Prior experience in operations or planning within a related field, ideally in Heavy Equipment, Machinery or Construction.
– 1–2 years of mandatory experience in operations, logistics or office-based engineering.
– Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data handling.
– Strong organizational and time management abilities.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Capable of handling multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively.
– Candidates must be currently available in Qatar and able to provide a valid NOC, which is mandatory for joining.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR3,500.00 per month
