Title: Junior Data Analyst

Company: Arabian Private Holdings

Location: Sharjah, Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates

About the role
Our client manages large-scale infrastructure and significant regional assets, requiring precise data interpretation to maintain operational efficiency and portfolio clarity. This role exists to translate complex datasets into actionable insights that support our strategic mandates across the region. You will provide the analytical groundwork that allows our principals to advise boards and family groups with confidence.

About Arabian Private Holdings
Arabian Private Holdings operates on the belief that critical business problems do not require massive teams or bloated methodologies. We assist family groups, government entities, and listed corporations with corporate strategy and governance without the distractions of traditional consulting firm overhead. Our principals work directly on every mandate, ensuring that our clients receive high-level attention and rigorous views on their most pressing challenges. By maintaining a lean structure and a fully remote operating model, we focus entirely on the quality of our analysis and the strength of the relationships we oversee. We prioritize clarity over complexity in everything we produce.

What You Will Do

  • Organize and interpret data from large-scale infrastructure projects to identify operational trends.
  • Assist principals in forming a view on the performance of diverse holding company portfolios.
  • Maintain and update internal databases that track governance metrics across various client mandates.
  • Clean and validate complex datasets to ensure the accuracy of our reporting to client boards.
  • Draft concise summaries of data findings that avoid jargon and prioritize clarity of thought.
  • Support the development of financial models used to evaluate capital injections and scaling transitions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to operating model efficiency for regional government entities.
  • Contribute to research papers that inform our independent advice on market shifts.

What We Are Looking For

  • A logical approach to problem solving and the ability to organize unstructured information.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a focus on brevity and precision in English.
  • Basic familiarity with data tools such as Excel or SQL for data cleaning and analysis.
  • A genuine curiosity about how large corporations and government entities function at a structural level.
  • The discipline required to work effectively in a fully remote environment without constant oversight.
  • Attention to detail that ensures every figure and statement in a report is defensible.

How We Work
We are a remote firm by design. We believe that professional excellence is driven by the depth of our analysis rather than physical office attendance. This model requires a high degree of autonomy and clear communication through digital channels. You will work closely with experienced partners who value honest feedback and intellectual rigor. Mentoring happens through active participation in mandates, where you are encouraged to ask questions and challenge assumptions. We value your ability to produce high-quality work, focusing on outcomes that help our clients navigate complex transitions in their operating models.

What The Role Offers

  • Attractive and competitive pay that reflects the professional standards of our firm and the market.
  • A permanent, full-time position with the stability of a long-term remote arrangement.
  • Direct exposure to the decision-making processes of significant regional infrastructure and corporate leaders.
  • The opportunity to build a solid foundation in corporate governance and strategic analysis.
  • A work environment that prioritizes intellectual clarity and professional integrity over aggressive growth.
  • Hands-on experience supporting high-stakes mandates alongside seasoned industry principals.
