Junior Chiller Technician Jobs in Dubai at SATCARE
The company is seeking a candidate with experience in maintaining IT systems and infrastructures.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, configure, and maintain computers, networks, and other IT-related equipment and devices.
Provide both in-office and remote software and hardware support to employees.
Take ownership of internal IT issues and requests, ensuring they are resolved to completion.
Oversee the IT onboarding and offboarding process to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
Escalate IT issues to the external IT service provider when necessary.
Manage the ticketing system and track issue resolutions.
Maintain IT assets and inventories, ensuring up-to-date records.
Write and update user instructions and document changes to systems.
Participate in project work, managing tasks as required.
Support the management of Office 365 licensing, including mailbox size and traffic reporting.
SKILLED REQUIRED
· Strong troubleshooting skills with both Windows and macOS, following best practices.
· Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Office 365.
· Experienced in logging, tracking, and documenting technical issues in a ticket management system.
· Familiarity with Windows Server Active Directory, including managing users and computers.
· Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
